We are Farm Assured to the British Farm Standard/Little Red Tractor for both beef and lamb. All our produce incurs very low food miles and is transported by ourselves. It is produced to a very high standard and we are proud of home-produced beef and lamb. The beef is hung for 3 weeks and Lamb for 1 week to enhance the flavour.
