Lamb packs are available if required. The weight of meat will vary a small amount due to the varying weight of each animal.
You will receive:
2 * half shoulders )
2 * half legs ) both of these can be left whole if you prefer
12 lamb chops
1 rolled breast of lamb
Individual cuts of meat are always available.
You have the option on the heart, liver and kidneys.
Home produced sheep skin rugs can be purchased by prior arrangement.
