You can have any quantity or cut of Beef you want. For example if you wanted 1/8th of a beast, you would get the following.
9 roasting joints (between 3-4 lbs in weight)
This includes Rib on the Bone, Rolled Rib, Topside, Chine, Brisket, Silverside, Chuck/Chine
4 Sirloin steaks
2 Fillet steaks
3 Rump steaks
10 lb double minced lean mince
6 lb stewing steak
You also have the option of the heart, some liver, kidneys, ox tail and tongue.
